How long does it take to custom design a gown?

Production for evening gowns can take up to 1-2 months, while wedding gowns can take up to 3-4 months. We do provide rush orders for an extra fee depending on availability.

Party/Cocktail Dress: Starts at $700

Evening Wear/Special Occasion: Starts at $700

Prom/ Homecoming Dresses: Starts at $700

Mother of the Bride/Groom: Starts at $1,000

Quinceanera Dress: Starts at $1,500

Wedding Dress: Starts at $2,000

*Lace and/or beading adds to the cost of the gown.

What is your return policy?

All of our gowns are special order and custom designed. Therefore, all gowns are FINAL SALE and nonrefundable.

We make sure to inspect each gown closely and carefully before delivering. However, our priority is to always make sure you love your gown so please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your gown if you feel your gown is defective and we will communicate the best available solution on a case-by-case basis.

Will I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

How do I prepare for the consultation?

The best way to prepare for your consultation is to have pictures of any inspiration, colors, or silhouette you’d like us to incorporate into your gown. Additionally, have a picture of yourself ready so we can best provide you with a recommendation of the best silhouette and style for your body type. Please share those pictures with us during your consultation booking.

Do you provide fabric samples?

We are happy to provide you with 3 free fabric samples to choose from! We will mail it free of charge straight to your door.

How do I know my wedding dress will fit perfectly?

Once we design your gown, we will provide you with a sample of your wedding dress. This is for fitting purposes only and will be made of muslin fabric.
